Most of the items that you see on our website are in stock but stock quantities may differ from one item to the other. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a customer may end up purchasing an item that has just gone out of stock. If this happens, we will contact our customers to advice on a replacement or refund.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT BEFORE I CAN PURCHASE?


It’s an option. You can make a purchase by checking out as GUEST which doesn’t require you to register.

But we do suggest you to register because you can track your orders from the account page and guess what? We make ‘Promotions/Flash Deals’ often and who don’t love discount right? So it all depends on you!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE?


Unfortunately, all orders made are final cannot be cancelled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


For orders within Malaysia, the normal time frame is 1-3 working days. Sometimes on festive season like Hari Raya or Deepavali, couriers maybe a little bit packed so we encouraged you to wait at least 5 business days for your parcel to arrive.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY
ORDER?


A tracking number will be sent to you via email once our packing specialist has prepared your order.

You will then be able to track your order via the respective courier company’s website.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?


Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your shipping address once your order is confirmed. Kindly ensure that you provide the correct address.
